From first viewing to moving in…
We provide comprehensive information on all of our properties, with high quality external and internal photographs, as well as accurate measurements and details. We will happily arrange viewings at a time suitable to you and assist you through the duration of your property search until you find the right place.
Once you have found your property, Jordans will arrange all the necessary checks and ensure that you have all you need to move in quickly and easily. We will also look after all of your maintenance issues and carry out regular snagging checks to ensure stress free living.
Secure deposit holding
Where tenants deposits are held, it is secured under the government sponsored Insurance-based tenancy deposit protection scheme, thus offering independent redress in the event of a dispute.
You can expect to receive your deposit back on the vacating day, provided the property is in good condition and nothing missing.
